Peru Travel Book

2017

For 15 days, a small group of close friends experienced the diverse environments and terrains of Peru. We traveled through the sandy desert, bustling city, inconceivable ruins and astonishing mountains, to the dense rainforest down the Tambopata River. To accommodate the various terrains, we found ourselves on a diverse group of transportation vehicles, including buses, trains, boats, and planes.

Vibrant photos paired with snippets of personal anecdotes showcase the intense, colorful, culture and landscapes of Peru. On title pages for each section, a color has been assigned, pulled from the colors found in photographs of that destination. Each destination has been correlated with a wispy line element, reflecting shapes and evoking the feeling of each region. The white lines are also representative of the graphic elements used in Peru’s travel and tourist branding.
